Membership Terms & Conditions for Sign-up

1. All Dock Links memberships are for a period of one year from the date of purchase. 
2. Each membership will renew automatically each year unless either party provides 2 weeks' notice by email. Member can cancel their own account directly through their Dock Links member profile which would take between 5-10 business days to show the refund back to the credit card used to purchase. 
3. The member authorizes Dock Links to apply charges to the members credit card each year unless the member has given notice to cancel their membership.
4. Dock Links Membership is non-refundable. Renewal notices are sent out starting 30 days prior by email to notify member of their upcoming renewal.  
5. Members are responsible to update their personal contact information as required in order to receive email updates from Dock Links. 
6. Discounts are only available from participating Partner Providers and advertisers as listed on web site www.docklinks.ca
7. Not all discounts are available from all marinas, each marina offers a different discount package.
8. The use and availability of Transient slips is subject to change and availability at each marina.
9. The Partner Provider shall have no obligation to provide services should they not be available.
10. Dock Links shall have no obligation to provide services should they not be available from Partner Provider.
11. The most up to date list of member discounts/rewards can be seen on the Dock Links web site and is subject to change from day to day with-out notice to members.
12. Members agree to permit the use of their emails by Dock Links from time to time to update the members of offers available to the member.
13. Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions releases Dock Links and its affiliates from any and all liabilities relating to the use of their Dock Links Membership. Dock Links has arranged the discounts offered in the membership offer, but Dock Links is not the offering the services directly. 
14. Members shall hold Dock Links harmless should our partners refuse the services offered.
15. Dock Links Partner Providers reserve the right to limit the offered discount to transient members for a maximum of 5 consecutive days.
16. Dock Links is not liable or responsible for lost or forgotten membership passwords.
