Answers to the most common questions you might have regarding your Dock Links membership

What is MemberPerks? MemberPerks is a discount program that provides desirable offers from famous brands and local favourites that are redeemable online, in-store and curbside. Save $1000s every year with access to discounts anytime and anywhere. The program provides exclusive offers on everything from health and wellness to home improvement and food delivery to technology.
How do I get a MemberPerks memebership? Once you are logged in, go to the MemberPerks tab and select GO TO MEMBERPERKS.
Note that, MemberPerks is a third-party company that Dock Links uses.
  • 1 .Dock Links does not share any of your information meaning that you will have to sign up separately. To create a login select FORGOT PASSWORD, this will allow you to create a password.
  • 2. You will then get an email notifying you to reset your password. Select the green button and fill out your new password.
  • 3. Once you reset your password it will automatically sign you into MemberPerks where you can get over 2,000 discounts across Canada.
Where do I apply my coupon code? You can apply a coupon code at anytime directly on the Billing page.
Will you mail me my membership card? I want to use it today! Your membership card is digital and always available on your Dock Links account. You can add your membership card to your Apple Wallet, Google Pay or Print it if required. We no longer are providing physical cards.
Does my membership automatically renew? Yes, your Dock Links membership automatically renews on an annual basis. Your digital card will automatically update annually. You will receive two email notifications starting 30 days prior and the second 7 days prior to your renewal letting you know of the upcoming annual renewal fee that will be charged to the credit card on file.
Can I transfer my membership to friends and family to use? No, you cannot transfer memberships. Only the named member on the active membership card is eligible to redeem the discounts
My credit card information had changed, can I update that myself? Yes, you can update your credit card information directly through your Dock Links account on the Billing page
How do I cancel my membership? To cancel your membership, click View Billing in the subscription section of the dashboard. On the Billing page, scroll down and click Cancel Subscription. You can still use your membership until the expiry date and will no longer be billed after that. If you change your mind before your expiry date, you can always resume your subscription from the Billing page.
I am an MD Marine Insurance policy holder - how do I get my complimentary membership? In order to ensure that you will no longer be billed, first you must cancel any existing Dock Links memberships. Then visit to get started.
If I am an MD Marine Insurance policy holder do I get a refund for my membership? As an MD Marine policy holder your membership switches to a complimentary membership care of MD Marine Insurance once we are notified through the *MD Marine redemption process. Dock Links must be notified within 30 days of the members renewal payment processing by email by the Dock Links member and a one time refund for the current renewal year will be issued. If Dock Links is not notified within the 30 days, a refund will not be issued. Going forward as an MD Marine policy holder, no further renewal charges will occur. *MD Marine Insurance has outlined their process to redeem your complimentary card we ask that you visit their website for full details
How many times can I use my discounts? There is no limit to how many times you can use your discounts with Dock Links. *partners reserve the right to discount changes.
Do the discounts ever change? Yes, partners can choose to offer a greater discount at their discretion.
What if the Marina I wish to attend is full? Unfortunately, there is nothing that Dock Links can do if the Marina partner is fully booked. Each partner marina will do everything to accommodate all Dock Links members but offers no guarantees on availability on specific nights. Please try to book in advance!
What if I don’t show up for my booking? Each partner marina has its own cancellation policy. Please check with the marina at the time of booking.
